A story taking place in communist Russia. It introduced me to the incredible idea that all people are NOT created equal. This is a good book for anyone to read who thinks socialism or communism is a good idea.

I think "We the Living" offers an interesting perspective citizenship under communism. I was confused by the main character, Kira's relationship with Andrei Taganov. Kira's will power left lasting impression on me. She's a heroine.
