This is an excellent biography covering all the facets of Faraday : science, inventions, art, poetry and religion.
He had no formal education but read voraciously when apprenticed , at age 13, to a bookbinder.
He knew no math above algebra.
What he had was curiosity and ability to invent experiments.
He also popularized science through his lectures.
Fantastic man and a wonderful biography.
