This book is worth the read. Like King Hussein (who made the name honourable before that other Hussein showed up on the scene), Abdullah is a voice of reason in the Middle East. He was right when he wrote this book and with events since its publication, it appears that indeed time is running out before a path that is irreversible is taken.

A bit more autobiographical that I would have expected it to be, but a good book nonetheless.

A rare opportunity to know the thoughts of a moderate leader of the Middle East.

I found this a really interesting read which broadened my understanding of the main underlying issue contributing to the conflicts in the area around the Middle East.

Quite interesting to see the conflicts and attitudes that prevailed in the area before the recent outbreaks of public demonstrations which overthrew the government in Egypt as well as the demonstrations in Lybia & Syria etc...

"In laying out his goal for peace and a non-radical Islam, Jordan's King Abdullah II is a voice of reason and moderation."
