Dark Souls is one of those games that differ from the common. In this game you are not an overpowered superhero that can destroy everything on his/her way when you only press one button in your controller; in Dark Souls you are a human that fights with monsters bigger and stronger than you, and these monsters hit very hard, believe me. Dark Souls is developed by “From Software” and was published by “Namco Bandai”. It is the unrelated sequel of the game Demon Souls which was recognized for being a very hard game. The beginning of Dark Souls is considered by many people very “Non player Friendly”, and I’m not going to lie is true. In Dark Souls you have to be very alerted about your surroundings, because at any time, there could be a boulder coming down the path, or some spikes at the top of the ceiling. Now we have come to one of the most important parts of this game, the enemies. In this game you are going to find lots of enemies that are going to be a challenge. These enemies are going to kill you, that’s for sure, but instead of whining because the game is unfair or because the enemies do lots of damage, you have to find a way to overcome it, either by learning all their moves or by finding a different strategy. The best part of Dark Souls is that when you get to beat that one boss/enemy that you couldn’t beat, you get a feeling of accomplishment, and this feeling is the one that makes this game totally worth it.

Played this last year, one of the best games I've ever played. It has a lot of lore and in depth story, while at the same time being really cool with the big monsters. Game is difficult, most will probably have to look up tactics online for some/most bosses. But it being so hard is one of the things that makes it wonderful.

Coming off of Demon's Souls this game feels a little rushed. It starts out fine but towards the end feels uninspired. Still a great game though, just feels like the devs ran out of time which is a shame. Still play it though if you get the chance.

Massively difficult, but definitely one of the best games I've ever played.
