Hilarious movie and I love the "chemistry" if you will, between Tom Hanks and Leonardo DiCaprio. It's been a long time since I've seen it uncut (I have seen it a few times on commercial cable stations) but I would like to see it again soon on DVD. Unfortunately time got away from me and I had to return it. But it is a fun movie and really hilarious.
RATING: 4 STARS
A fun movie! It is based on a true story (and on the book by the same name) and is just as outlandish as Frank himself. Love the chemistry between Leonardo DiCaprio and Tom Hanks.
Two of my favorite actors
This movie was a great biography movie about Frank Abagnale Jr. Leonardo DiCaprio played the role of Frank Abagnale Jr. and he pretended to be a Pilot, Doctor, and Lawyer, and cashed out fake checks to become wealthy and this all occurred at the age of 17. He would make fake checks by typing about the amount and getting the company stickers off planes and other things to make it look real and not get caught. He soon became the most successful bank robber in all history of the United States of America. I rate this movie a 4.5 out a 5 because it was a fascinating movie to watch because of the tricks they showed and how he did all those things which was really cool. @BirdieBooks of the Teen Review Board of the Hamilton Public Library
Frank is an extraordinary human being who managed to pull off more within his adolescence than any person ever has just throughout a lifetime. He is a master of forgery and a very deceptive boy, with the ability to have whatever career that he pleases depending on his mood. However, an FBI agent is right on his track and determined to catch him in the act. This movie is based on a true story and is very action-packed and suspenseful. Leonardo DiCaprio has a very convincing performance as Frank and Steven Spielberg does an excellent job at directing. I would rate this film 4.5/5 stars. @The_Reviewer of the Teen Review Board of the Hamilton Public Library
Catch Me If You Can is without a doubt a cinematic masterpiece that will keep you on the edge of your seat. Based on a true story, Leonardo DiCaprio brilliantly brings the life of charming, witty, and fearless teenage con-man, Frank Abagnale Jr. and his unbelievable journey to screen. Tom Hanks expertly portrays the FBI agent who has an arduous time chasing him. Steven Spielberg entrances the audience with this entertaining, action-packed, dramatic and romantic film. Immediately after watching this spectacular movie, I had to get my hands on Abagnale’s book and would definitely recommend it to others.

Steven Spielberg’s Catch Me If You Can tells the true story of Frank William Abagnale Jr who was a young con artist who posed as a Pan Am co-pilot, a doctor, and a lawyer. The movie is a masterpiece of direction with the unmatchable acting skills of Leonardo DiCaprio and Tom Hanks. I recommend that you watch it in one sitting, not take any breaks, because you want to be concentrated on the buildup and emotional connectivity to have the full effect of the film. I suggest this movie for teens and adults as it has some mature scenes, however; everyone should watch this film at some point in their life as it is a great experience and one of my all-time favourite movies. 5/5 stars.

Reminded me of a movie I actually saw before this - The Wolf of Wall Street - with Leonardo DiCaprio playing a similar role. Entertaining throughout and pretty solid, but lacks a little extra 'oomph' that would take it to a four-star rating for me
Without question the life of Frank W. Abagnale Jr. could certainly not have been as glamorous as Speilberg takes 'artistic license' with here, but if he carried off a fraction of what's presented in this fictionalized Hollywood interpretation, as a teenager... I'm impressed.
Rated 8/10.
Very good movie with great acting!
i put this on hold a few months ago, i'm still waitig for it.....
