I really enjoyed this little book of poems! Some of them are really sweet. Some smack you in the face. The messages here are things I think many people need to hear, or need to internalize. The line drawings are great too.

One of my favorites in this collection is "It's okay./ Everybody's/ survival looks/ a little bit like/ death sometimes."

I will say though, that the print book is better than the ebook. The font makes all the difference here and they are sadly not the same.

Andrea Gibson is a emotionally stunning and vulnerable poet, who lives in Boulder, Colorado. If you ever get a chance to go to one of their (they/them/theirs pronouns) you should do so!
