I am a stressed out Millennial so to be reading a summary of my day felt overwhelming at times. While I appreciate the last chapter *not* having a handy, dandy "daily tips" section, it did feel strange to read a book that so blatantly pointed out society's problems and then....not....do anything about it? It was good to understand how we got here though. And we all know the best way to fix it is re-balance our work lives and our relationship to technology. However, we all also know that is easier said than done.
Would be great to see this available in print or audiobook.
