My hobby is finding new & potentially go to recipes I can adapt to my gluten free life. This one was particularly inspiring. I had watched Chef McKenna (who is mentioned in the book) in her PBS series, exploring local Irish ingedients, particularly in the seaside villages of Ireland. So much was easily adaptable to what we have available. Adittedly, I did have to look up some recipes that have already been adapted to gf, but once I got the hang of it I found it easy to adapt the recipes. The simpler the better.
